Meiko UK Limited is a leading supplier of commercial glass and dish washing machines and systems to the UK catering industry with a customer base ranging from hotel and restaurant chains, pub groups and leading high street department stores through to hospitals, airlines, rail and ferry operators and a host of others.

 

Based at our Slough Trading Estate UK head office, you will be working alongside a team of dedicated and enthusiastic people who have been with the company for many years and whose contribution has enabled us to achieve unprecedented growth rates during the past few years.

 

The successful candidate must be able to work within month end deadlines, have a good attention to detail, and be able to work on their own and as part of the Technical Services team.

 

Key Responsibilities include

    Inputting and extraction of information from manual and computer-based systems

    Ensure affective and timely updating of 3rd party electronic data systems

    Adhere to agreed processes and service level agreements

    Filling documents

    Updating internal systems

    Tracking and resolution of client queries

    Assist with general administration within technical service department

    Call logging on our in-house Tesseract service system on an ad hoc basis

    Prepare quotations following engineers call out

    Raising PPM calls when necessary

    Prepare PPM proposals

    Proven Skills-set required

    Good working knowledge of Navision or similar

    Experience using Microsoft Excel and Outlook with good keyboard skills

    Be able to work as part of a team and have a flexible approach to work

    Able to work under pressure

    Good command of both written and spoken English

    Attention to detail

    Have the ability to process paper and electronic information accurately

    Salary £24,000.00 per annum with 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and benefits.
