Team Support Administrator

We are working with a cutting edge, growing business within the property sector.  The directors have an impressive 20+ years experience in the industry, from both an investor and brokerage perspective and the business works in close partnership with leading UK property developers, offering a bespoke and VIP service delivering prime, off market and pre-build apartment led schemes in major cities.

A small, yet established business with offices based in the heart of Berkshire and exciting new developments popping up nationally, the directors are now looking to grow their team and bring on board a full time Team Support Administrator with a hawk eye for detail, a passion for precision, and most importantly, a ‘get it done’ attitude.

You will thrive in this role if you’re a self-starter, driven by always delivering outstanding ‘service with a smile’, implementing amazing organisation, you’re a good listener, a great communicator with a vibrant and positive personality, and you have your finger on the pulse when it comes to new technology to help with the smooth running of the day to day operations. Top telephone etiquette and communication skills is also a must have.

It’s not essential to have experience in the property sector (although is always a bonus if you do), and they are not expecting you to know anything about the world that they are immersed in, but they really need that special someone to come and be central to the organisation of the office and keep things running smoothly and efficiently, so that the directors can focus on delivery.
