TEACHING ASSISTANTS

NJC Point 15 £17,072 pa, pro rata, plus special school

allowance of £1000 (Actual salary: £16,747 pa, plus an

appropriate qualification allowance (where applicable)

The typical hours for a full-time Teaching Assistant are

8.30am 5.30pm, term-time only

Mary Hare provides education for over 200 pupils with hearing impairment. As a

national school for the deaf many pupils are cared for in our residential houses during

term-time. We endeavour to ensure the care they receive is outstanding and provides

support for their personal and social development as well as educational needs.

Mary Hare is now seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and flexible person to join

a well-established team of Teaching Assistants. An induction programme and

training will be provided.

In addition, we also require a full-time Teaching Assistant on a fixed-term contract

to cover long absence.

Arlington Arts Bar Staff

Arlington Arts has an enviable reputation as one of the leading arts centres for live

music in the UK. It has a broad programme of music, theatre, comedy and family

entertainment, as well as strong customer base of corporate clients. All profits from

Arlington Arts go Mary Hare, the National charity for young deaf people.

Arlington Arts are seeking casual workers for evening and weekend shifts. If you are

aged 18+ and looking for bar work, we are looking for reliable, flexible, fun individuals

to join the team. We offer competitive rates of pay and a lively atmosphere.

Experience working on a bar is not essential, full training can be given.
