To take responsibility for all quotations passing through the office and manage the route of these quotations so that you are aware of the status of any given quotation at any given time.

Ensure that all quotations are logged on the system and go out on time with the correct documentation and information, obtaining, where necessary the relevant drawings, Planned Maintenance quotations and leasing costs.

Ensure all quotations are filed correctly within the file and are put in the relevant cabinets/folders in a timely manner.

Input on a weekly basis (Friday or as necessary) data into the sales database ensuring that all information is included from project enquiry forms quoted in that week.

Continuously liaise with the Sales Team either by telephone, or e-mail, prioritising messages and passing on information as necessary.

Provide a polite, prompt, and professional telephone response for all incoming sales calls, ensuring that all necessary information from a sales enquiry is taken, so that the lead can be qualified, and the Sales Manager has the relevant information to help ensure an effective response.

To type all general correspondence and letters to the required Company standard for any member of staff as and when necessary.

Take responsibility for the posting of information to the Sales Managers on a regular basis as a minimum once a week.

Order, as and when necessary, stocks of Meiko GmbH produced leaflets, ensuring that an adequate stock is held.

Assist the receptionist in her absence and during her lunch break by taking incoming calls to the main company telephone and dealing with any visitor that might attend the company.

Assist the receptionist in her absence by opening the morning post and distribute accordingly.

Acquire, maintain, and develop knowledge of the Companys product.

To be flexible in approach to assist in any other reasonable duties, as required by the Company.

Competencies:

Be proficient in office (word and excel) and have a good level of typing skills.

Salary £24,000 per annum with 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and benefits.
