Working as a member of our retail Sales Team means becoming an ambassador of Swish Fibre and our products. You are passionate about the brand and as such have an important and influential role within the team. it is important to be able to effectively engage and work with both existing and potential new customers, as well as part of a diverse and highly efficient team.
This role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service, executing sales within a high street retail hub.
Responsibilities:
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Deputising the team of Retail Sales Executives in the absence of the Hub Team Leader
* Enjoying a sense of ownership, be comfortable in working to and delivering on your own objectives
* Acting as a go-to member of the team, engaging across a range of business products and services.
* Have a real passion and ambition in delivering and exceeding business objectives through value-add customer conversations.
* Hit predetermined targets and achieve continuous growth
* Advising on products best suited to customers
* Effectively deal with customer queries
Experience, Skills and Knowledge Required:
* Retail Sales experience
* Team management or mentoring experience
* Negotiation, prospecting Skills,
* Sales Goals orientated, Sales Planning experience or working knowledge
* Team player
* Ability to build effective relationships
* Great interpersonal and communication skills
* Approachable and confident
* Ability to work under pressure
* Enthusiastic, engaging and passionate, proactive and a real team player
* The ability to engage, support and guide individuals or teams of people
* A passion for excellence, thorough and detailed.
* Able to prioritise tasks accordingly
