Successful candidates will have a good telephone
manner, the ability to prioritise a varied workload, and the confidence to work
autonomously as well as part of a team.

It is a requirement of all positions to work extended hours and additional days leading up to and during the annual Regatta.

Henley Royal Regatta

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
(Job Share)
This is a permanent position, part of a job share, working 9 am to 5 pm Mondays and Tuesdays.
Usual receptionist duties include greeting guests, answering the telephone, post room duties, photocopying and filing. Administrative duties include typing letters and reports, bulk mailings, proof-reading, database management, print & stationery buying and stock control.

Box Office (Temporary Contracts)
These positions are for short-term, full-time contracts with various starting dates from February, May, June and Regatta week (2nd-8th July), working within the Box Office.
Good customer service, retail, administration and basic accountancy skills preferred but not essential for the right candidates.
