We have a unique opportunity to join a local IT business in an entry level position. The role is situated within the Sales Support team which support the sales, business development and renewals departments across the company by ensuring all customer queries and quotation requests are handled effectively.

You will be responsible for proactively handling of inbound requests from customers via email or phone, as well as requests from internal teams.

Once full training is complete the Sales Support Specialist will support Sales Account Managers within the team to deliver the best customer service experience, for both existing customers and all inbound enquiries.

As a Sales support team member, you will become knowledgeable across all aspects related to process, product, services, and systems such that effective services can be provided in a manner that is consistent and compliant with the business needs.

Responsibilities will include:

Answering inbound calls and queries in a professional manner
Matching PO’s with quotes from the sales team
Generating customer quotations
Keeping the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) up to date with customers contact information and details. The perfect candidate for this role will have knowledge of Excel and a positive ‘can do’ attitude. They will be confident on the phone and enthusiastic to learn with perhaps a little ‘flair’ thrown in for good measure.
