Our client is seeking a proactive HR Administrator/Assistant based in their Newbury office. Supporting the HR Advisor and Director you will support a wide range of HR activities to support the 200 company employees.

Your role:

*

Ensures all staff information on HR systems is maintained and kept up to date, including personal details, contract details, absence details;
*

Produces all letters, contracts and supporting documentation as required for new joiners, leavers and staff changes;
*

Carries out new joiner inductions for Administration staff;
*

Facilitates the new joiner and leaver processes liaising with other departments as necessary, e.g. IT;
*

Provides basic advice on the policies and procedures to staff and managers;
*

Ensure Payroll are notified of changes to staff terms and conditions and act on management instructions and staff requests in a timely fashion;
*

Administer the Staff training and development activity ensuring invoices are coded and passed for payment appropriately and within agreed timescales;
*

To administer and support the annual training and development updates programme;
*

To act as the main point of contact for staff training and development queries;
*

Provide support to staff on HR systems including resolving or supporting the resolution of problems and/or access;
*

Maintains up to date procedural guides;
*

Produces monthly MI for HR Director;
*

Supporting HR projects within the team as and when required;
*

Support the HR Director and HR Advisor in researching and developing existing and new policy and procedures.
*

Supporting the HR Director and HR Advisor with employee relation activity, taking minutes as and when required
