ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT Part Time 20-25hrs per week

Two exciting opportunities exist for a full time experienced

Customer / Sales Administrator and a part time Accounts Assistant

PICS Ltd are manufacturers and distributors of innovative paving products and services based at Hermitage,

near Newbury. As part of a structured 5-year expansion programme, we are seeking two highly motivated people who can play a pivotal role in developing our sales and support function within our busy office environment and within our Accounts Department.

You will need to be highly motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated with a fl exible can do and professional approach to dealing with a very demanding customer network. Self-discipline and an ability to adapt to tight deadlines are essential.

The successful candidates will be strong team players who can perform under pressure. They should possess an excellent telephone manner, both being friendly and understanding and ensuring the customers needs are always met. A good working knowledge of word / excel etc. is essential however training will be provided on our sales order processing database. Time management is also imperative as speed is very often of the essence and being able to manage their time to ensure tasks are completed within the deadlines set out is important.

In addition to the above the Accounts Assistant role requires experience of Sage L50 Day to day tasks will include invoicing, stock input, matching delivery notes, input supplier invoices, checking statements, posting and filing.
