Are you a Housing Solutions resident with a passion for housing and community? We’re looking for someone just like you to join our Board and help shape the services we offer. Your real-life experience with our services and communities is invaluable in ensuring we provide the best for our residents.

- Be Heard: As a Resident Board Member, your voice will be heard at every Board meeting and beyond. You'll represent and influence others, fostering transparency and building strong relationships.

- No Experience Needed: You don’t need previous experience in the housing sector or as a Board member. All you need is a passion for our purpose, a willingness to learn, and the confidence to contribute. We’ll provide full induction and ongoing training to equip you for your role.
What’s in It for You?
- Paid role: £7,864 per annum, plus additional expenses covered (such as travel and care costs).
- Tools for Success: We’ll provide you with everything you need, including a digital tablet.
- Commitment: 2 to 3 days a month
- Meetings: Held during normal business hours
