Parts Department Advisor
Overview:
We are currently seeking to fill a vacancy in our Parts Department. The applicant will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of our parts and accessory department. If you have excellent organizational skills, a minimum level 2 IMI qualification in mechanical engineering, strong phone etiquette, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Assist internal and external customers with enquiries related to parts and accessories
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient
- Process orders
- Provide product recommendations and assist with product selection
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth department operations
Requirements:
- Have knowledge of the workings of the Petrol and Diesel internal combustion engine to a minimum of IMI level 2
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in using most Microsoft PC features and apps or similar software for data entry and inventory management
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, both in-person and over the phone

Pay: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
