Office Administrator

We are a well-established local Electrical company who are currently seeking an experienced full-time Office Administrator to work in our small but busy office.

Duties will include, answering the telephone, dealing with customer enquiries, maintaining the customer database, preparing invoices, liaising with engineers on a day-to-day basis and collating and monitoring the flow of documents to ensure the smooth running of the office.

The successful applicant will have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, the ability to work using their own initiative and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
