Kall Kwik has provided business print, design and print-related marketing solutions in Banbury since 1989. We are currently seeking a highly motivated print all-rounder with excellent customer service skills to join our small successful team. Kall Kwik is a well-established and highly respected name within the print industry. We celebrated 40 years in business last year and have a network of 40 locations around the UK. We aim for excellence and take great pride in the quality of our products and the superior service that we offer to our clients. Independently owned and operated, each centre is unique, but we have the benefit of a shared ethos and a network of expertise across the country. Kall Kwik Banbury is a high performing centre with high-profile clients across many sectors based near and far, from Banbury to Australia. The Position Based on the Banbury Cross, with your excellent communication skills you will be handling customer enquiries in person, via email and over the phone, liaising with clients and suppliers and working to meet tight deadlines for many varied and demanding print projects. Accuracy in taking and processing order details is essential, as is the ability to maintain the highest standards of customer service. The role will include estimating and invoicing, account management, digital and large format pre-press, production and finishing, some administration, filing, stock control, copying and counter service. Each day will be very varied, so the ability to prioritise is essential. You will have experience in dealing with customers in a busy environment and will be highly customer focused. Friendly and outgoing with good communication skills, you will take pride in the quality of your work. You will forge relationships with new clients and build on those with existing clients by initiating and developing customer contacts and ensuring that you fully understand your clients’ needs so that we can continue to exceed their expectations. With your creativity and attention to detail, you will be meeting our clients’ print needs through the production of high quality work on our small and large format digital presses and a large number of other specialist machinery. You will be an integral member of the production team; responsible for maintaining stock levels and ensuring that all machinery is in top working order and calling out engineer visits when necessary. You will have at least two years’ experience in a deadline driven environment (at least one year in print would be an advantage) and a good working knowledge of PC or Mac software. You will be highly self-motivated with a track record of success. On the job training will be given in all areas, but a solid grasp of mathematics is essential.
