Would you like to join the support staff team of an extremely popular and expanding secondary school?

Due to promotion and expansion we have the following opportunities, to start as soon as possible: 

IT Infrastructure Engineer
Salary range £25,150 £26,830 pa, (with a recruitment and retention payment of up to £3,000 pa for the right candidate) depending on experience Full-time

You will specialise in and be able to take charge of all hardware aspects of the school's business network, assume responsibility for evaluating and maintaining server performance and work with the IT team to assist in the resolution of service desk tickets. This is an opportunity to develop your career and be involved in our goal to expand our provision of a professional IT service to other schools in the local area. Experience of Hyper-V Clusters, VLANs and Subnets is essential.

Cover Supervisor 
Actual salary range £13,850 £15,450 pa, depending on experience 31.25 hours per week
Term-time only
 

You will have some experience in working or interacting with children and/or young people. You will be required to supervise classes during the short-term absence of the assigned teacher. If you are interested in Drama this role may also be relevant to you.

Shine Outreach Team Worker
Actual salary range £15,230 £16,700 pa, depending on experience 
30 hours per week Term-time only
 

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Shine team and work collaboratively with all mainstream schools in order to meet the needs of pupils with autism, ensuring that standards of attainments are raised and pupils can successfully be included into a mainstream school setting. This role will involve whole school, whole class and individual pupil work at an allocated number of schools. You will support school staff, pupils and parents and will have the opportunity to attain the skills to deliver training to school staff and equip them with the necessary skills to support autistic pupils.

Learning Support Assistant
Actual salary range £11,650 £12,150 pa, depending on experience 
30 hours per week Term-time only


You will be required to work under the direction of teaching staff and provide support to individual or small groups of students to enable them to access the curriculum as appropriate. This includes reading, writing, mathematics and other curriculum subjects in all Key Stages in a secondary school.

French Language Assistant 
Actual salary range £4,900 £5,260 pa, depending on experience 7.5 hours a week with an additional 1.5 hours per week administration Term-time only

You will support the modern foreign languages teaching staff in preparing students for their French verbal examinations at GCSE and A Level and provide a small amount of administrative support to the modern foreign languages department.
